1. Return Period

You have 180 days from the date of purchase to return items for a refund. This extended window allows you sufficient time to decide if our products meet your expectations.

2. Eligibility Criteria

  • Condition: The item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed state with all tags and labels intact. For instance, if you bought a pair of workout leggings, they should have no signs of use like stretching, pilling, or color fading.
  • Packaging: Return the product in its original packaging, including any boxes, inserts, and accessories. If it was a bundle with a water bottle and a gym towel, all these items must be included.

3. Return Process

  • Authorization: First, contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You can reach us via email at support@gymsharkna.com or through the contact form on our website. Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for return.
  • Shipping: Once you have the RAN, pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our customer service. While we offer free shipping on orders, return shipping costs are usually the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

4. Refund Method

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, if it meets our return criteria, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • For credit/debit card payments, it may take 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times. For other payment methods like PayPal, the refund time may vary accordingly.

5. Non – Refundable Items

  • Personalized or customized products are generally non – refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect. For example, if you ordered a gym bag with your name embroidered on it, it cannot be returned for a refund, except in case of a flaw in the embroidery work.
  • Final sale items, clearly marked as such during the purchase, are not eligible for refund.
